book finished!

ok...i finally finished a book. This book's called 'I kissed dating goodbye' by joshua harris. Got this book as a birthday gift from shelia, and that was in june. So all in all, i took about 4plus months to finish the book. yeah i know i'm a slow reader, don't really like reading books and thats why my english only got a B3 for my O's. Anyway, its a good book. I believe everyone will get turned off just looking at the title and you may think this book's gonna brainwash you to stop dating. BUT it won't. haa...it doesn't discourage you from dating but rather it makes you have second thoughts about dating. I have learnt many precious lessons from the book and i think God is using this book to teach me about dating. There are many examples joshua gives and these examples are really real. Some of the things in the book can really cause me to tear. I can't list everything i learnt from that book down here because there's too many. And lessons you and i learn may be different, depending on your perspective. I encourage all of you to read this book...what should be my priority now? Dating or serving God? well, most of you will say serving God but to what extend?? Single is a gift and serving God at a young age, with full of energy, should be our goal. Some things we do at a young age cannot be done when we grow old. And thats something everyone will go through. I pray for myself and others that we can live for God and serve Him in any way we can while we are young. And i pray that i can grow more in Christ and also to be a faithful brother-in-Christ to my sisters. Maybe i'll list some questions in the book that might set you thinking.
1) Does your current relationship hinder you from serving God as a single person?
2) What is your motivation in a relationship-pleasing yourself or serving the other person?
3) Do you give yourself away physically or emotionally in ways you regret later?

trying to learn how to play with the rubik's cube. Can be REALLY irritating and frustrating at times. But it teaches me to be patient...and i really need to be patient with this toy or else i'll just end up throwing it out of the window. haha
