Christmas cantata 08

Thank God for the musical which were smooth sailing on sat and sun nights. Thank God for bringing so many people. Its been a while since i saw the church had full house. Certainly God has been merciful towards us. Even though there were slight disagreements, Praise God it all went well and none of us were deeply affected. The choir stumbled quite a few parts on the first performance but as far as i heard, there weren't any parts we stumbled for the 2nd performance. YAY!!!! ITS OVER!!! oh ya....thank God for sustaining my voice. For both days, my throat was hurting whenever i sang during rehearsals. But God is Jehovah Rophe...he healed my throat when i was performing. It only hurt after the performance. Thank God!! I'm so glad its all over! I remember everyone(ok, maybe not everyone) shouted after we came out of the vestry. The tenors super funny, 20mins before showtime, we were still practicing....finding the right note. hahahahaa all the foolish but fun times. And alex was just wanting to rock the house that on the 2nd performance, he had the mic to himself. haha...The FOOD was good...haha GREAT JOB musical people! And i just joined jolynn's kampong yesterday. I forgot the role she gave though. hahhaa...

Church on sunday was hectic. Joseph didn't print the song sheets and we went to church office to print it last min and Rev ong wasn't very happy about it. And the song sheets had many errors, which mean the slides had errors too. Special item for senior class was still ok...quite a no. of people missing. Jws was ok la...A really BIG THANK YOU to rachel and jasmine who helped me when my voice was dying on me. After that, had carolling practice(got scam by alex) and was ready to go eat when i realised i lost my phone. Gan choing so many people, so paiseh leh...but thank God it was found. Thank you Shelia, Josiah, Joseph, Irvin, Daryl, Johnathan, Alex and Gwyneth hahah...Lunched at Imm with joseph, irvin and daryl. Daryl got scam by the kopitiam auntie. One small cup of teh-peng cost $1.60 leh?!?!?! haha...joseph, irvin and i smarter. We went giant to get 3 big bottles of fruit juice which costs $1 each. hahhahahahah...went back to church. I bathe and stoned till around 5plus...when almost everyone was ready for practice. hhaa oops!

Chiangmai Team left today. Got a wake up call from gwyneth this morning, telling me new plans to retrieve her stuff. I must confess I didn't hear everything she said, I only remembered hearing the things are in church and auntie joyce. And i almost went back to sleep after she hanged up. Slapped myself to get up...went to church to get gwyneth's stuff and met her at Jurong mrt. Teased her abit by saying the things were not collected but i could tell she wasn't too pleased with the joke. Took a train down to airport and ate at BK...had a time of catching up with her too. Called jolynn around 1.20pm to ask her where were all of them but she described some nonsense to me la...THEN at the last part she said counter 11. Haiz...Met the team and talked to some of them. Disturbed isaac...haha...that guy very fun to play with. hahhaha then jaime scold us childish. Actually it was abit childish cause isaac and i were running around the airport. haha..oops! Pastor prayed and whoo...off they went! They'll be back next monday, 9plus at night. yup so do keep them in prayer. I hitched a ride from uncle hoon poh. Alex played the musical CD...as in the PRO people sing, play and act. haha...but ah super nice to hear leh. first time hearing it. Choir and orchestra were awesome man...
Pray for Elder soo; lung cancer. Pray for him that God's will be done and that He'll lay His healing hands upon Elder soo. Pray for Auntie Elsie too. Pray for Youren and his dad that God will sustain them. Pray for Auntie Christine and Mrs Judy Chan. Pray for sheila and i as we think of a theme for cf/jf camp and also to find my camp committee. Pray for the mission team to northern thailand. Pray for my voice too. Pray for those going for carolling.
