Discipleship with josiah on sat morning...and yf was ok. a little draggy but ok. haa...and its quite a long time since i led in singspiration and thank God it went pretty well just that the song 'The Love Of God' was alittle too high...jasmine zao sia. hahahaha! Left after worship service on sunday...went to isa's house for hari raya. He has been inviting us to his house since sec4...and i took it as a gathering after not seeing the rest of the guys for a long time. played poker cards instead of watching some ghost movie...and we really had a good workout at his house. hahaha...cause everytime we lose a game, we gotta do pushups. haa! did almost 100 pushups just by playing cards. Went for Combine BP Youth Conference today at beulah centre, opposite Life BPC. Wow i tell you...the place really look like some resort la! and as kevin said, it really look like we're in beulah land! hahaha! Well, overall i thought the conference was good! learnt about how we can be reformed, resolved and relevant in this current world we live in. then we split into our different discussion groups. My group was on 'A Christian's Perspective of Today's World'...4 galileans were in it..hannah, crystal, timothy and myself with Rev Jack Sin as our speaker. the question that impacted me the most was "How do we handle and overcome addictions to worldly pleasures or unhealthy pastimes?" i know this question has been discussed many many times but still there's much more to learn. We gotta take our stand as a Christian like daniel and his 3 friends. And ask ourselves 3 questions before we speak, act and with our every thought. Is it edifying? Is it an example to others? Is our behaviour enslaving? *text taken from 1 Cor 6:12, 8:9, 10:23,31) Let us all pray and ask God for grace to help us mortify all these temptations/sins that we may encounter. Col 3:5-7 :) The lunch was pretty decent too! :) hahaha! anyway, jasmine, candice and i went to stroll around ion..since we had nothing to do! I'm having holidays...candice's having her last day of holiday..jasmine just started holidays! hahaha...thank God for the fellowship with them. yeap...reached home around 7..shag man. ok...driving tmr and squash too...whooo can't wait to go workout again. haha!!
