weekends

yay! finally the long and tiring weekends are over. i'm saying this is because i'm having holidays, i won't be saying this if it was school thats starting. :( hahah...anyway. I failed my BTE...yes i know, DAMN laukui.. don't remind me. I guess God's teaching me a lesson through it. Initially, i was very upset over it but i recall praying and asking God if it was His will for me to pass or fail, let it be so. It kinda comforted me and the little tour around JP made it better. HEE...i went to get pencils, mustard, chilli and banana for our game. Well, the last 3 items were for the forfeit la. Anyway, THE MOST LAUKUI thing is that I LOST MY WAY WHILE FINDING SAFRA!!!!! And i've been studying in boon lay area for 4 years! SHEESH! but thank God, after walking one big round around JP, i found the building. BBQ was great! :) hahaha...i managed to set up the fire with some help...ERM...IT RAINED. BBQ had to stop. Had singing and games. Erm...the game was alittle shi bai. OH WELL, the banana forfeit was still done! I'M HAPPY! hahaha...thats what i was looking forward to actually. aiya...you know what, the combination isn't that bad la...BECAUSE the mustard is NOT american mustard AND the chilli is NOT extra hot chilli. SO it isn't that bad. I'VE tasted worst than that. Thank God rained stopped and the management gave us till 11pm to finish. SO we were kinda like the dua pai there...the whole world was waiting for us to finish bbq-ing. haa...SATURDAY: Set off early in the morning to bbdc for my FTL...meet josiah around 12 at bukit panjang. took a bus down to holland v. And i mistook 75 for 61 and thought it would turn into holland v..I WAS WRONG...SORRY JOSIAH, we had to take another bus down. HAHA...oops. had breko. Josiah's treat for my birthday. HE GOT THE KING KONG BURGER!!! hahahahah...and he couldn't finish! first time man...as far as i know la. walked around holland v for 2 hours before heading back to church. Combine meeting with evangel was great! :) now i've more friends! ahaha...OK not alot but a few more. ehh....I super bad with names BUT this is all i can remember. [firstly, MY own dinner table: WHICH i sure know one!! haha] Yu kai, daniel, shusze. then, there's marcus, li zhen, shu jing, err wei yih, errrr agnes, brendon and xin ning. Thats all...+ i duno if i've got the right spelling. haa...Thank God for this combine meeting where both churches can get to know each other and hopefully be able to work together more in the future. For now, just make friends and build foundations with one another. God willing, we'll have more combine meetings in the future. yea... OH OH OH OH OH...i just remembered one unforgetable incident that took place during dinner. Jaime's table...from what josiah told me, they tried to re-ignite the canister but failed. well, as they were trying to re-ignite, the gas leaked out..causing the area to be filled with gas. SO when they finally re-ignited the canister...'click click click click click click click ------- KA-BOOM!!!!!' The whole area that was filled with gas ignited, resulting in the whole canister to catch fire. Thank God no one got seriously injured AND thank God darrell charged into the crime scene with a fire extinguisher. haha...AND he saved the day! haha...ok. SUNDAY: church was good! Bro nat's message was clear and convicting. Thank God. We are God's workmanship! Serving God is what we are made to do! Senior class wasn't as good...cause there was bad news. I won't share here cause its a confidential matter. well...for now. Anway, ROT after church man till around 5plus. OH...and josiah, alex and i helped youren with kenya packing. Thank God so far, the weight is still under the limit. Initially, we thought the weight will easily exceed but God is good and He blessed us with wisdom for what to pack and what not to bring. Well, there's still the august team....can't expect youren to carry everything right??? haha Anyway, the kenya team are coming back next sat, 2.30pm. AND YES!! i can finally see the twins! haha...i sound little gay huh... hahaha...I miss them laa. Come on, YF/study group isn't the same without them. haha. To end off, Let us all pray for our church..for a spiritual revival :)
